Capitec account blocked

I’m frustrated and angry about my experience I’m getting from capitec bank it’s pathetic and I’m discussed and ashamed too say that I bank with capitec.

So 2 weeks ago iv received a large payment and too my surprise capitec decided too block my account on condition that the money is *****ulent. Well upon going too the bank and to be told that I will need too wait for it too be reviewed as to what I need too do. So iv been asked too get afferdavit sent too them from the sender of the cash and me as the reciever as well and I.d copies and proof of payments and too this date my account is still blocked it’s a struggle as capitec bank is my primary account and I can’t do anything about it for 2 weeks
