Capitec account blocked

I have wrote my complaint here last week about my capitec blocked account, capitec complaint agent contacted me and I was asked to go to capitec branch, I did and they sent email to their forensic team, I was then asked to submit affidavit and ID copy to the bank. I did that, they emailed it but when I follow up nothing has been done. My money us stuck in this account. I don't know what to do now. Pls help me
