Capitec Access Facility

I wouldn’t advice anyone to take out an Access Facility with Capitec Bank. I took out an Access Facility in 2022, I stopped withdrawing money from the Access Facility early 2024 and focused just paying the Access Facility. However the outstanding isn’t decreasing as I had expected, it’s decreasing very slowly and I believe it’s because of the interest rate I’ve been charged which is the maximum 21%. I only realised late that with the Access Facility whether you have a good credit score or not, you’ll be charged the maximum interest rate. My advice to anyone looking to take this product, DON’T TAKE IT.
