Capitec a ****ty bank

Capitec is a very bad bank and does not have good customer service. I went to an Absa ATM at Elim mall to withdraw R750 and I received a notification that the money went through. However, I did not receive the money. I went to the Capitec Branch at Elim Mall. They told me the money will only reflect onto my account after 30 days. I need my money today not after 30 days. This is a huge inconvenience for me. I will take all legal steps to ensure that i get my money asap.
