Capitec a ****.

I have a loan with Capitec bank since 2020 to date. I pay my monthly installment exactly per our agreement every month on the 26th since I get paid on the 25th. Capitec should debit my fnb account their monthly installments on the 25,according to the agreement. However Capitec lately changed the collection date to 24th which is a day before my pay day and as a result they get no money in my account and the debit order return unpaid, where my bank charge me an amount of R105 for unpaid debit order which I am not happy. I then called Capitec and spoke to Fortune to change the collection date to the 26th, he said he can't and referred me to their complaints department where I spoke to the worst stupid of them all who just hanged up my call. I will never recommend anyone to take a loan with capitec. This is my last loan hence you see that I am not receiving my salary from your bank, I have moved it because you are a useless stupid loan shark bank. I am very much disappointed with the unprofessional conduct of your so called consultants who lacks emotional intelligence. You should take this up as soon as possible before I take this up with Ombudsman or Civil claim against. Do not say I did not warn you.
