CAPITEC A LOAN SHARK

Capitec has proven to me that they are a real LOAN SHARK A MASHONISA, all big four banks have been accommodating when it comes to arrangements except CAPITEC. STANDARD BANK just added another assistance in which CLIENTS with insurance get cash back because of the CORONA VIRUS, however CAPITEC is not helpful they tell you about the system not approving the arrangement this is ****gery given the fact that we might have made arrangements in the past pre CORONA VIRUS.

For a Client who is up to date and when I'm seeking assistance during this hard period my bank tells me about past arrangements which I honored I'm really disappointed and lost respect for CAPITEC and I will advise many people to stick with the big 4 they have been better than CAPITEC in this hard period.

A loyal customer lost I bank with CAPITEC however its so sad that they have shown their real side I will be escalating this with banking omsbud as well to seek recourse.
