Capitec a global bank?

I live overseas and requested numerous times to get a call regarding my international salary being paid into my Capitec account. For two weeks I didn't get any response from the forex department. How can you call yourself global if you cannot meet a simple standard like this? Will definitely move my accounts when I am back in SA to a bank that will actually give me good customer service.
