Capitec a ****

Money went out of my account on the2nd/ 3rd of August 2024 I reported the matter and it was apparently going to be investigated , but to date I have not heard from the bank. Is this bank for real or like everyone says its a ****? Money cant go out of my account and nothing is said. We work hard for our money
