I'm still waiting on a reply... capitec doesn't have people that is trained to do policy... they need to trained people to do their policies... I'm still waiting on some feedback... people sign up for the policies but they don't really actually know what they signing up for... and because of they declined the claim for my father me and my sister struggling with finances...
