Capitec
I would like to lay a complain about Capitec. On the 30th of may this year i transfered money into a friend of mine for society, so on the 1st of June she noticed that the money was not received and when she went to check the statement she missed the account number with one digit.
She went to Capitec to report the matter and she has been send up and down, and they cannot even get hold of the owner of the phone. She went to the police station and they say there is nothing that they can do. Please help her.
