Capitec ****

Very poor query handling by Capitec ***** department. I took loan with Capitec ,the amount of 52k and then transferred R50k to other Capitec client to pay back her money that I took from her long time ago. The account holder then transferred R20k to her niece and all of the sudden the accounts were deactivated as they confirmed that there was a suspected ***** on the account.

According to Capitec consultant, he confirmed that ***** department tried to contact me and the account holder whom I transfered R50k to but we were unreachable as the result the account will be deactivated and she will not get back all the funds that was on the account. Capitec has all information about us and our occupations which I assume that they can see that we are not able to take our personal incoming calls.

If they have deactivated the account received R50k from my account why is my account not deactivated because they can see where did I get that R50k. Now I have to pay their loan for nothing because they decided to deactivate the account that I transfered the money to.

You better deactivate my account to if you no longer wants us as your clients.
