Capitec

Good day I am writing this because am so heart broken .i opened a case and I don't get any feed back the feedback that I get os that I can't be refunded where else my money was been ****** from the capitec account someone bought ott voucher from my stop order account then also from my main account then capitec is saying they can't assist me .I need to take this matter further because that is my main account that am getting my salary on . I cannot even focus at work all of my time am spending is capitec
