CAPITEC

For several months now, I have a "DEBIT ORDER" that I did not authorize, go off my Capitec Account. At first, I did not realize this is coming off my account. Suddenly one month my cell phone d/o bounced, because I put only R500 in my account for the phone. I checked, then discovered R478,41 has gone off my account several months already. I complained to Capitec, some of the months were refunded, others were past a certain time line and nobody ever came back to me. I do NOT have a d/o for this amount! Capitec gave me the nr *** to cancel the d/o - surprises, surprise this nr does NOT work!! I can't cancel a d/o nobody at CAPITEC can tell me where the instruction comes from, NOR give me contactable tel nrs (that work), NOR can proof to me that I actually authorized it?! Is my bank account not supposed to be SAFE? Why can CAPITEC not ensure my account is safe?? CAPITEC should proof to me what it is for; when it was done; show me how many of these were deducted off my account, AND ensure I am fully refunded. OR CLOSE MY ACCOUNT IF THEY CAN NOT ENSURE MY ACCOUNT IS SAFE. THIS IS *****, and it should be investigated! It should not be MY stress every month to check ********** d/o does not come off my account. Different REF NR, Different Dates - every month!!
