Yesterday I had an AWEFUL BAD HORRIBLE *swear word* day I was absolutely dreading having to do the bank as well!!
No line to wait in, lovely - cool and quiet inside, professional, friendly, fast, efficient... The very few minutes it took to process my tasks gave me just enough time to bring myself to myself, take a breath, calm down and prepare for the rest of my day.
Never thought I would thank a bank for DEstressing me.
