Capitec *****

How do we get Capitec to close down? It's December time, and the *****ulent seems to increase. My account is in a overdraft for 2 days days now and capitec was off no help. I informed them I always make sure to have enough money in my main account before making any purchases. The one agent left the chat while I was trying to get answers from her and the second agent told me I must review my transactions. I informed her that I did and I never ever make purchases knowing I don't have enough money in my account so there is no way it can be overdrawn. They look at transactions on my acc and just make random conclusions. Alot of people have lost their salaries and random amounts of money which they worked for. Capitec never resolves these issues and I'm starting to think it's an inside job. After a few days they close your case. And you just have to accept that "they tried" . Capitec Bank should be held accountable and exposed for all the ***** they commit .
