CAPITEC

I dealt a few times recently with consultants at this branch to assist me with transferring my "old" bank STD (with which I was 40 +years) to Capitec and customer service at Capitec was excellent and surprizing. All consultants were very help to do all Admin in this transformation. My age makes it difficult to understand all techno involved but they did it in a ziffy. I want to make special mention to Bonita, who assisted me in my mother tongue which made it so much easier to understand all. Maybe ALL banks must take this in consideration. Very efficient friendly consultants.
