Capitec *****

Ive been ****med today. All of my money was withdraw out of my account . No verification nore any messages from Capitec for any transactions. Just by clicking on a link, they've got access to my app and withdraw all of my money. By clicking on a link wont give anyone access to your bank account. I only saw 0 in my account when i opened my Capitec App to send my doughter airtime. I immediately phoned and open a ***** case and even went to the branch right after. For their mistske i had to go to the police station and stand in a queue and spent more than 2.5 hours just to open a case. Im really disappointed. You think your money is safe at a financial institution and this is what happens. Its not as if i have alot of money. But that money was alot to me. It was savings for my doughter's tour to Cape town. They've locked a ***** case and i know this will take months before I will hear from them because it happened in the past. Just really disappointed
