I have been waiting since the 7 th of November for a court ordered uplifting on my account to be processed and removed. Getting holdout the legal department is like trying to pull teeth. Every day I get told, its been processed its going to be this amount of days or hours and Allas still no luck. Capitec bank is exceptional at following orders but not by abiding to a court order. And hide behind the fact that the legal department is uncontactable unless they call you directly. No correspondence is ever made on email and have had my issue escalated more times than I can count. Poor staff at all the branches in the north have to deal with me hounding them, but dont even get the help they need internally. They are the front line representatives and have to keep clie to happy but the legal department cant even honor their positions and do their Jobs. Let alone communicate with the clients.
