Capitec

I want helopeter to help. On the 30th July 2021 my whole salary was taken out of my account. I went to the capitec branch at sprigs mall. The manager immediately reported it to forensics.I have insurance on my account. They told me to wait for a SMS before I submitted the avadavit and certified ID I did that even submitted the documents at the branch and numerously on email. They told me my money would be back in my account after 8 working days. After 8 working days there is still nothing. Since then everytime I see a email they are telling me 7-14 working days and still nothing. In the meantime I a behind on my rent and my wife needs urgent medication. Please help with my case I don't know what to do anymore I went to the branch against and again and I also gave them alternative contact numbers.
