capitec 32 day account nightmare

I have been a Capitec banker for a while, I opened up a 32 day account, I went into the bank and did an immediate partial withdrawal, before giving the consultant the amount, I asked him am i able to draw again after this? He confirmed yes but then i would not get an option to draw partial i would have to draw out all funds, Anyhow i gave him a smaller amount to withdraw knowing i can draw again, I get to another branch on the day of my next withdrawal the consultant tells me once a month, I said but i specifically asked your consultant before putting an amount and he told me i could withdraw. I then have been told to get the matter to complaints department. Consultant then advise she will speak to her senior and see if she can get it released. Next call she says yes i need to click on notice and we will release it 1st thing tomorrow morning, Morning comes nothing as yet, called her twice in the afternoon she then says they might release it tomorrow but she cant promise, Now what type of bank is this that cant pay as per agreement. Asked her for anyone senior there's apparently no one really that can assist with this matter. I really don't see how this bank is willing to solve the problem with running with maybes. Definitely a bank i wont consider again
