Capitec
I m facing another problem with capitec Bank the first time they could not payout my late father's policy now they keeping money that is not theirs I did my late father's tax return and it was paid into his old capitec account I submitted all documents as requested so now I don't know why keep money that is not from their bank I do calls and send emails no response the branch also can't assist as they say it's another department I should call

12 Jul 2024, 08:39I spoke to one of the consultants the lady informing me that they did not receive all documents which I submitted all documents at the benoni branch to be scanned my question here why need a affidavit from me if a letter of authority was submitted and yet again its not capitecs money why must we wait and go through long procedures with them they could not even payout a policy when my father passed away they had all.kinds of excuses the money that's in my late father's capitec account is from sars and should be released to my account sars did not have all this when I claimed his tax return and for capitec to hold money that does not belong to them they too busy with alot ***** keeping and *****ing people money
