***** Capitec

Today someone *****ulently used my card to buy on Uber Eats I received a notification that my card paid for that food without my approval and the location for that person is in Packtown and I am in Caledon what frustrates me is that Capitec allow that transaction to go through with me confirming. All I want is my money and I want to know how did that happen because I trusted Capitec with my money. How can someone use my card while my card is with me? I am so disappointed and Capitec is saying I need to have a new card and I have to pay R70 for that card. Why must I pay for a card because there's nothing I did. Capitec must be the one paying for my card because Capitec was the one who was careless. Please help me and reverse my R132.59.
