<p>I have a loan with capitec and a separate savings account with capitec, i went to a branch in Denlyn Pretoria to ask them to close my account because i wanted to move to a new bank and cancel all my debit orders they refused and told me that they can't cancel an account that has a loan (which am still paying for), suddendly am receiving sms's from them telling me i owe them R500 of bank charges of the debit orders that are bouncing in my saving account that they refused to closed for me. </p> <p>Can someone please assist me because am trying to call them and they just hanging up on me!</p>
