<p>Me and my wife have an personal loan with capitec.she recieved a message that her debit order will go of on the 12 and not the 25th as arranged.sh phoned them and made arrangement to take it of on the 28th and not the 12 like they want to.dhe even recieved a sms that its arranged for the 28th.reason for this was her pay is only getting paid in on the 28 and she is getting bonus before then that we wont to use for christmas.so hers still went off.my debit order is also arranged for the 25th and also got bonus today and they also just took it of and didnt even send me a warning that this will happen.so now my family is sitting without anything on christmas thanks to capitec .</p>
