I'm disappointed with the service dat I've got from Capitec protea Glen Mall, I've send the money to the wrong account then I went to the branch to get help and I show them the proof to which that I send to, they told me they won't be able to reverse the money back to me the only thing that they can do is to call the account holder and ask he or she if was expecting that money and she agree there is nothing that they can do, so I'm warning all Capitec clients never make mistake when u transfer money cos our transaction and money is not secure in our big bank Capitec I'm very very disappointed with Capitec they don't know their work and they don't care about their client
