I bank for last 3 years with Capitec Bank,app**** on line for a personal lone of R70000 to buy a tractor. They phoned me back with a 20 min call, a lot questions starting with name and id nr.that I hopefully answerd correctly. He finished the call by telling me that I was to old and they can't help me.Why waste my time for 20 minutes while they had all my personal detail. In the beginning of the call he could have told me "Sorry sir you are 60 years old and to close to 65 and that's why we can not help you. Model of the story, over 60 dont open an account with CAPITEC
