Capitec *****

We had ***** commited on our acounts. The person who did this is either still a Caoitec employer or used to work for Capitec. He did everything Capitec does in asking security questions beforehand etc. Also Truecaller on my phone said it ws Capitec ***** Department phoning. He asked us to logon to our banking app and do certain things. He basically told us to go to debit orders and then he ask us to go to send monye, which we did and that basically took money off our accounts. I have been to the police station and did an affidavit and went to Capitec branch and handed everything in. The problem is that when we phone Capitec nothing has been done about it. This is a month and a half ago and nothing from Capitec. Surely they must have insurance for this and could refund us.
