Hi my name is Melvin pillay. I'm still waiting for my matter to be resolved by Capitec Bank. I was promised via email from bandile from Capitec bank that my matter will be resolved by the 03/11/23 . I tried calling, but no joy. It is 3 weeks now since my money was put on hold
