I only put a star because it won't move on to the next part. Capitec do not deserve a star after what they did to me today.
So I have a loan with these guys. I pay in advance, without any arrears, next thing I decide to transfer money on my account then they immediately debit it. What ****es me off is that I have an agreement for the 25th of each month and if i recall correctly, today it's not the 25th and the 25th is on a monday. I can understand if the 25th was on sunday. And FYI CAPITEC, DAMN YOU, THAT MONEY WAS FOR FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE WEEKEND YET YOU ****ED ME UP AND DEBIT IT BEFORE TIME. I HATE WHAT YOU DONE
