Capitec 1, FNB 0

I've always loved Capitec, but I can't emphasize enough how good Capitec is until you try any other bank...

This review was inspired by an attempt at a credit application at FNB and just receiving stone age bad service all round. It's been close to a month and still, no active account. Capitec completed my credit applications it what feels like minutes to me now. Capitec 1, FNB 0.

Capitec, what can I say, but thank you for your outstanding service.

I've had all the regular banking issues like **********, changing accounts, loan/credit card applications and every time Capitec was right there next to me helping me sort it all out. Only thing I haven't tried at Capitec was to try and close an account, but that's definitely not happening now :)

All I can say is, please keep it up Capitec and keep growing (get home loans soon please!! SA Home loans doesn't count haha).

Other banks just don't want to have happy customers it seems :)
