Capitec

<p>Good day</p> <p>I would like to leave this complaint about capitec.</p> <p>My credit score is bad because of the lack of communication.I told capitec several times that my date of salary has changes because i started to work at a new company and that i no longer bank with them,i moved to standersbank because of the service.Capitec never listend or botherd to do so,i went in to the bank the greenstone branch wich is based in edenvale,and they said that they are going to need 3 months pay slips,as at that time i told them that i cant give them 3 months slips,because i dont work at the new company for 3 months yet..then they said that it is fine,i must wait till i have 3 months payslips and then go to them..i never skipped a payment,the only things that changed was my salary date,and that i moved to standerd bank,so they tried to take debid orders on the 28th of each mont but they couldnt because i moved banks.because of capitec i have a bad credit as i feel i do not deserve that, i have been a loyal customer since day one, i had a few personal loans that i paid and now after all that my name is bad with credit because Capitec did not listend and gave wrong information.The phone calls is more than welcome to be played,as they record you when speaking to a consultant.
