What is the point of writing a reveiw on capitec bank if nothing gets done to get this matter sorted??????

29 Mar 2021, 17:25The only way it will be sorted is to pay our loan up to date and clear our name or cancel our insurance and pay back all our instalments on the insurance the matter because it have been going on so long interest is a lot now and we have a bad name all because we dont get feed back and the matter does not get resolved

31 Mar 2021, 16:02Capitec is a *********** bank with some *********** people inployed there, when we took a loan the day they ASKED US do we want insurance on our loan We said yes it was never a MUST now this clown Michael Meree mailbox ceo from capitec is telling is insurance was i must and there for we cant cancel our insurance what bull****t is this even on the document it states we can cancel our insurance at anytime time and rhe day we took insurance they told us the same thing we can cancel at anytime capitec bank has *********** people working in high places this is the FIRST mistake too inploy *********** people
