Capite Springs mall Poor service

First time I'm getting such bad service from Capitec bank!!!! The Consultant was not at all interested to help me with my query, he was speaking to his colleagues the whole time, doing the staff leave in between while I had to sit and wait!! Honestly I'm very disappointed in my bank... wasted and hour of my time..

When it comes to banking, Capitec is great but when it comes to their customer service while visiting a branch then they are the worst honestly!!!
