Capital insurance

My grandmother has an insurance with Capitac bank,she was a legal guardian of a disabled and epilepsy patient.insured her n has all the documents needed,the girl passed away on the 1st Dec she made a claim till today they have not paid her n when we call they send the call to auditing office but we get no response.
