Capitac your are a ****

Capitac is a ****, i want my money back. I sent an amount of R3000 in an incorrect number, luckily this kind person is willing to send it back. She goes to the capitac branch in cornubia she was told that the money was taken by charges accumulated in this account ***5. I called the call center ***3 i was told i cant get my money back because it has been used by this person charges.. Do i owe capitac anything ... No. What gives you the right to decide to keep my funds in your custody and pay someone's debt with my money... Why can't u deal with a person that owes you... Capitac u just can't seem to stop, u like attention so much that u would want to trebs for all the wrong reasons... U are basically ******** an innocent person for your own benefit. I am taking this to the ombudsman i have heard it with this bank...i want my money back.
