Capitac ********** Unathorised Transaction

So a fradulent transaction from google*Le Van Xung was debited from my account. All this without any form of authentication. Escalated with the bank to investigate. The bank comes back and say it was a legitimate transaction for Evolly.app and put my money through despite the transaction being disputed.

Question:

1. How safe is your account at capitec if a transaction can go through without authentication?

2. A simple Google search reveals the **** for what it is, yet the bank insist company and transaction is authentic

3. If I dispute a transaction to be **********, does the bank have the right to honor the transaction against my wishes without my consent

4. Is this an issue of consumer protection, FSB or the ambutsman, how do we resolve this
