Capitac delay to cancel my name as results affect my credit scoring

I took loan at capitac back some years ago .in 2019 I got crisis at work as results dept order bounce.i notified them and make arrangements. After two months the loan settleled but even today that thing affect my credit scoring. They didn't cancel my name please assist
