CAPITAC DEDUCTION DOUBLE PAYMENTS
On Wednesday Capitec had a system problem, deducting double payments of clientes accounts. I spoke to a Capitec representative on Wednesday and Thursday i was promised the R2500 would by deposited back into my acount within 2 to 48 hours. It is Saterday today, three days later and no money in my account. I am very dissapointed in Capitec. Not all of us earm big salaries to extra money lying around to cover for things like this that happens.
