Capitac closed my account now I can't access my school funds

Capitac have closed my account their say I have received unauthorized payment. Now I can't I access my account and the school have sent my student allowance for data on that account

Their say I have to do affidavit at police station and certify id copy both of me and the person how have sent me the money,.the problem is the person how have sent me that money lives In China

Now I can not study because I have run out of data,I can't access my account.but I can view my balance on capitac what's App Platform 😥💔

I don't know how can I get my money someone help please 🙏😥
