capitac bank is a *****

Hey guys please never bank with capitac bank. I was ****med all my saving while banking with them. Case was reported same day and my account was frozen. Case was opened with saps and was sent to capitac fruad team for investigation. I was told to wait 10 - 14 days because matter has be escalated to external bank once funds are secured then their will give me feed back. No feedback has been given,have been asking them day an night as to whats happening regarding my case. After a month running around am being told the funds have been utilized and there is no way of getting it back. Which means my entire savings is lost while i was banking with them. I have saps case no,bank case no,affidavit explaining the incident,account number to whom money was transfered to. But still no help
