Capita call center is the worst expierance

Today I called Customer Service and to get advice on how to dispute R1000 incorrectly deposited into a Capitec clients account. The agent I spoke to was so rude in how he answered my questions I felt as if I was in court ,I ended up cutting the call as they were so rude pathetic service
