CAPILIES!
Its been 3 weeks since the call from capitec promising to sort out my incorrect itc listing as well as my retrenchment cover that CAPITEC stuffed up. Nothing, not a word, not a call, not an email. NOTHING! They promised feedback within 5 working days - its been 3 weeks! AGAIN - lies and false info. Capitec does not care about their clients one bit!
