Update on my previous complaint about Capitec. After not hearing from them for a week after submitting a complaint to capitec themselves, i suddenly got a call the following day after submitting a complaint on hello peter. Thanks hello peter. At least we have ONE thing that works.
Got a call from a gentlemen that promised me my accidental itc listing because of capitec as well as my retrenchment cover that didnt cover my installments will be sorted out.
This was allmost two weeks ago and i have not heard anything from capitec. Go figure...more lies...

I still have not heard a word from Capitec. When i try and call in, i either get cut off or wait on the line for allmost half an hour. Im not going to continue wasting airtime on you. I want answers! what are you going to do to fix YOUR mistake? What are you going to do to fix MY INCORRECT ITC LISTING? When are YOU planning on getting back to me after you messed up my credit record???
