Capiitec Business Bank- waiting for physical card

Capitec Business Bank. App**** for secondary card on 21 February 25. Still waiting for the card. Numerous calls and banker messaging to chase but still no physical card. Every-time a difference reason “the team is still working on the case”, documentation not found that was mailed and attached to the Docusign. Issuing a card is not rocket science. And should be done within 3 days.
