Capic imidiate payment of R86000 vanished in thin air

I did a imidiate payment on my capitec app an amount of R86000 to a fnb account the payment did not reflect on the fnb account ive been trying to get that money for almost 2 years now capitec told me to contact the fnb account holder i did fnb checkked tge account and the is no sign of the payment but on my statement it shows payment successful ive trying to contact capitec no one wants to help has anyone else experienced this with cqpitec
