1 thing I've noticed about capitec is that it doesn't care about it's clients. I sent a money to an account that owner is no longer in the country and Nedbank said thy can only help if capitec do a recall instead capitec is saying it's a civil matter I should take it to court funny that I asked for the transaction to be reversed since it was not an immediate payment oh well clearly my money is not in safe hands and they proved it on several occasions😡
