Worst bank ever!!! They have lost a customer and they unfortunately lost my family and friends as customers after what I experienced!!

I understand the protocol for the new rules but there is no need for the employee even the branch manager to be rude,aggressive and arrogant with me as they customer and even come to a point where I’m threatened by a employee that they will beat me just for asking a question I’m not sure why?? because that’s why we go to banks to get help but to come to a stage where I’m told I’ll get beaten up this is disgusting... I will make sure no one close to me steps they foot there again I hope everyone sees this too.
