Capetic Bank Sucks!!!

Capetic Bank must be the worst bank ever. in july i settled my loan with capitec. so when i checked my credit report, capetic is still reflecting on there, when i went into my nearest branch to enquire i was told that i paid R 0.06 short so the loan was never settled and that i owe them R820 for interest.. what nonsense is this? R820 interest for a R0.06. i regret ever moving to this stupid bank. in serious need of a new bank
