CAPETIC BANK, says forensic needs a court order from me before they can release my money..

It's over 2 months since I made this complain.. Till date the matter has not being resolved, on the 25th of March 2021, I got a call from a lady from the capitec complaint department, telling me, that they have requested that the forensic department release the money, but they have refused, requesting for a court order to do so.. Please, was a court order obtained by the bank before my money was seized?. Now to release it, they need one.. I sent them an email requesting, they put it in writing that a court order is needed from me before they can release the money and I still haven't gotten a reply from them. How can a bank which is meant to protect my money deported with them, allow forensic to take hood of it and can't get it back now..
