Capetic Bank a Flop once again

I am once again disappointed with capetic. been a client for years and all I'm getting from this bank Is poor service. I strongly consider switching to a different bank. I app**** for a loan was called for supporting docs and I sent them immediately, after 3days hearing nothing from them I called to find out the outcome someone would call me back but until now I'm still waiting, if one is declined why can't they just do the decent thing an let me know just like other banks do. they only care about making money not about their clients which is very sad as they claim to be the "people's bank"
